SHIPPING
All orders are unique. Each order is packaged and prepared by hand. Orders are shipped using the courier options provided at checkout. Domestic shipping methods are subject to change. International shipping rates are subject to change. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. The recipient is responsible for any customs fees incurred when importing goods. Orders are packed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase.
DIVINE LAYERS is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping courier.
Such delays are not eligible for refunds or price adjustments. Tracking information will be provided in a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to returns or rejected packages are the responsibility of the customer.
DIVINE LAYERS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the shipping courier that handled the final delivery.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 10 days of order delivery for store credit only. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition. Returns must be received at our studio within 10 days of the original delivery date. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment to initiate a return.
